Our beginners meditation course is suitable for complete beginners, those who have some meditation experience, those who have tried (and failed!) to maintain a regular practice and even those who are advanced meditators with another technique

Over the course of weekend you'll receive personal instruction and dive deep into meditation, mastering the subtleties, attitude, and technique required to enable you to be a thriving meditator

There will be lots of meditation and lots of time to ask questions and get expert advice and support from your teacher

You'll learn how this ancient technique has been packaged up and designed to perfectly suit your busy modern life, giving you powerful Vedic wisdom to enable you to leave the course ready to navigate today's world with confidence and grace

Personal Instruction

Well begin with a gratitude ceremony to the lineage of teachers in our tradition that spans over 5,000 years. You'll receive your personalised bija mantra in private and instruction on how to meditate. Then you will begin to learn the art of meditation

Perfecting the Practice

You'll gain an understanding of how your mantra enables your mind to transcend, what that experience means, and you'll have plenty of time to fine tune your technique with lots of mini meditations. You'll also begin to learn how to practically include meditation into your daily routine

After check-ins on your evening and morning meditations you'll begin to understand the mechanics of how meditation eliminates stress and what that means for your wider health. You'll hear how science backs up the benefits, and we'll explore the mind body connection
