Our learn to meditate course typically requires two half days over a weekend, and you'll be meditating straight away
Our online courses are delivered on Zoom and our in-person courses are held at various locations across West Yorkshire. All new meditators get post-course follow up calls to ensure you are supported in those early weeks and months
