Vedic mantra meditation uses a silent mantra to settle your mind & body to its most natural state and enables you to transcend, or go beyond, your thoughts allowing your body time to repair and experience deep rest. Just 20 minutes twice a day can physically de-stress your body leaving you rejuvenated and energised.

Meet Dan - Dan flirted with mindfulness meditation before looking for something more profound. Hooked from the moment Vedic Meditation solved his 6-year long sleep issue within 48 hours, he has been meditating daily ever since, learning advanced meditation techniques and exploring yogic and Vedic traditions.

Inspired by his own teachers around the world, his aim is to inspire a new generation of meditators, both young and old, by making meditation inclusive, accessible and enjoyable. After all, who doesn't want to enjoy the journey of self-development and seeing that ripple effect have a positive effect on our wider society!
