These monthly bitesize coaching workshops are thought-provoking and fun and will show you how breathwork, meditation and relaxation techniques can help ground and centre you to enable you to connect to your true self and tap into your unlimited wealth of potential.
From stress and sleep management to decision making, self-worth and breaking old habits, these workshops will be centered around different topics of self-development.

Conscious Connected Breathwork and other strong Yogic breathing techniques
Calming and cleansing breathwork techniques
Meditation styles including self-inquiry, guided, and silent mantra techniques

Every activity included in the workshop is an invitation - you can choose how and when you participate. No one will be asked to share any information they do not wish to. This is your session to interact however makes you feel most comfortable.
These workshops are suitable for anyone willing to make positive steps.
Due to the nature of the sessions spaces are very limited so early booking is advised.
