Our Method

The Deep Dive Method™ — taught clearly, simply, and in full.

Understand how the practice works, how it’s taught, and what you’ll learn.

Why proper instruction matters

Meditation works best when it’s taught clearly and supported properly.

Many people arrive here after trying apps, videos, or short courses — often with mixed results.

Not because meditation doesn’t work.

But because it’s rarely taught with enough structure, context, or guidance.

This page explains how the Deep Dive Method™ is taught — and the two supported ways you can learn it.

The Method

One method. Taught clearly.

At Gen Zen, there is one core practice — the Deep Dive Method™.

It is a self-transcending approach designed to allow the mind to release stress naturally, rather than manage or analyse it.

It does not rely on concentration, visualisation, or controlling the breath during meditation.

It works through effortlessness and non-attachment — allowing the mind to move beyond surface activity into deeper rest.

Many people are shown techniques.

Few are taught how the mind naturally settles.

The Deep Dive Arc™

The structure of the practice = Settle. Dive. Rise

Our method follows the mind’s natural progression — preparing the system, allowing deep rest, and then integrating that rest back into life.

The Deep Dive Arc™ is an evidence-backed structure that is precise by design. It supports stress release, clarity, and integration — without adding techniques or extending practice time.
